This work proposes a rigid-deformation decomposition framework that decouples global rigid-body motion from local deformation via two scale-specific networks (RigidNet and DeformationNet), mitigating the spectral bias of implicit neural representations and enabling accurate, physically interpretable predictions of 3D spatio-temporal vehicle collision dynamics.
